There’s never a good time for errors or performance degradations to show up, but during periods of peak traffic like the holidays, it’s especially critical to get immediate answers about what's failing and how to fix it.
We’ve made a few changes to make replays easier to use and share:
Works better on small screens: Layouts and interactions now fit nicely on mobile and smaller viewports (no more scrolling..or what was this before).
Timestamp controls: Switch between absolute and relative timestamps to match your workflow, whether you’re comparing to logs or reviewing session flow.
Find other replays from the same user: Click a user’s email (or whatever user identification you’ve set) in the Replay Details header to jump to all replays connected to that user.
Timestamped sharing: Copy a link that opens the replay at the timestamp you care about, so your team can jump straight to what you’re seeing.
